Young Ryan’s reaction was awesome and I’ll treasure that footage forever I reckon.
The brief was Stormtrooper/Darth Vader with an image for inspo i was off ……
I loved the challenge of the Death Star, and looked right at home above the vanilla buttercream-covered chocolate cakes.

So the group celebrating enjoyed this big slab cake, half lemon with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd, and half vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.
Topped with swirls of buttercream, macarons, golden malteasers, gold flakes and sprinkles in latte-chocolate colours.
