My local travel area includes the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Tablelands, but I am willing to travel to any area on request. Two lovely weddings yesterday (Sat 3rd Sept). Unfortunately both had the rain to contend with but 1st had indoor area available. The second was to be in marquee in backyard but area between house & marquee was waterlogged so we ended up in the garage!
Both had very happy guests who helped them through the day

Lovely wedding for Scott & Angela yesterday at 2.00 p.m. at Panorama House, Bulli -- sun was out to make their day. Thanks to Sydney Bagpipers (www.sydneybagpipers.com.au) for their part -- escorting the groom and groomsmen then the bride and her attendants, the signing and leading them out again. Battery in my PA decided to 'die' twenty minutes before start of ceremony - so huge thanks to Jason Cole (www.colestudios.com.au) and Carl of bodyrockdisco for their last minute assistance

Hi All - last week came into The Wollongong Private Hospital for a couple of hernia repairs. Expected 2-3 days and home. Now 7 days and can hardly walk because my stupid back decided to go into spasms etc. Have had best medical treatment/checks for neurological, orthopaedic and now rheumatology. Getting there but don’t know when home. In the meantime no visitors but being looked after by all the staff here - we are in lock down but I am given menu to choose my next day’s meals, coffee and tea & treats morning & afternoon. Didn’t choose it but having meals cooked, room cleaned and I have a great view of Mt Keira and a bed that moves every which way at a press of a button. Catch up soon I hope. Keep safe and well everyone

Spent a few days 25-28 October with my cousin following a ‘garden trail’ to see the beautiful rhododendrons in bloom- Mt Tomah, Bilpin, then huge Mayfield Gardens at Oberon & back via Campbell Rhododendron Gardens at Blackheath - stunning flowers but couldn’t help noticing where weddings could be held in all those places
