One of my favourite Lebanese vegan dishes!

Fried Arnabeet (cauliflower)& batinjan (eggplant) 🍆

Coated in a gluten free seasoned flour, fried till crispy & topped with tahini dressing 🤤

Usually eaten with bread, sides and yummy fries ...

A great dish to warm your soul in this cold weather 🙌
