AusArt Day was last Thursday 22nd October, and our feathers have been fluffed up with joy watching donations fly in!

The team at HotHouse want to say a BIG thanks to everyone who donated! We're overwhelmed by all the support from the community., the Galah Bar holds a special place in your hearts, just as it does for us.

We’re almost there! We’ve reached over 75% of our goal, so if you’ve forgotten to donate, you can still help us hit our $20,000 target by throwing in a golden cracker.

Along with our Border community, communities across Australia and beyond, every member of the HotHouse Theatre team has been shocked and saddened this week by the attack on Helen Haines, a much respected and admired local member of parliament and community leader.

At 8pm tonight we joined with our community to light a candle.

We send Helen and her family our best wishes for her speedy recovery. We are determined that that the community connection she inspires and champions in our region will continue.

Helen Haines is the best of us.
