For two decades, Fleurieu Folk Festival has brought musicians, families and friends together in one of Australia's friendliest festival communities. Nestled in the picturesque township of Willunga on South Australia's beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, the Festival returns for three unforgettable days of outstanding music, creativity, connection and fun. As South Australia's largest folk music festival, it's renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, passionate community and exceptional entertainment.
Discover music lovers strumming, singing, and collaborating in every hidden nook and cranny, and you can jump into hands-on workshops, dance instruction, spontaneous jam sessions, and laid-back blackboard concerts.

● Festival-run bar, food trucks and something special this year – Willunga Quarry Market will be joining our market and food stalls.

As we celebrate our 20th Fleurieu Folk Festival in 2026, we’re turning back the clock to 2007 and our very first festival in Willunga.

Watch this to take a trip down memory lane; familiar faces, wonderful music, colourful characters and the unmistakable spirit of those early days. What began as a local celebration of folk music has grown into 20 festivals filled with music, friendship, community and countless memories.

Introducing our 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲, a new initiative dedicated to celebrating the incredible talent we have right here in our local community.

Timlin's Green is a ‘not your average Irish band’ who took its name from Edward Timlin, grandfather of vocalist Harry, who along with his ancestors grew up in county Tyrone northern Ireland.
