SAVE THE DATES 2026
After our AGM on 3rd March, the decision was made to tweak our dates for this year for our Pantomime "The Ugly Rooster". Get your diary and write in the dates ASAP.
We have dropped the first Friday night and replaced it with a 2nd Seniors Only show on Thursday 15 October.
If you are part of a Seniors group and DO NOT currently receive emails from us, please send your details to [email protected] and we will forward all the details to your group.
Each show's seating is limited to 102 seats. Tickets will go on sale from 1 September 2026.

Another social catchup day done and dusted! 11 of us enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Williamstown Hotel. Lots of chatter and excitement as we are getting nearer to our AGM and script handout in March.
Keep an eye on our page early March for confirmation of our show dates in October. What will our next panto be? You’ll have to wait and see 😉

2026 - We've started our year with some friendship & fun.
Our first Social Day for the year happened yesterday which we decided would be a "Games Day" at the Hall. It was a great turn out with only 4 members not able to attend.
We all took on different names that we had to address each other by instead of our real names and these changed three times during the day. We had a Carrie Oakey, Victoria Secret, Carol Ling, Onya Bike, Di Azepam, Wanda Inn and many, many more.
We had a list to check off "What's in Your Bag?" and Gay Attees (aka Brenda) won this. I'm sure her bag would have been over limit as carry-on luggage!!
Of course, during the day there was plenty of food to keep up our strength for all the shenanigans.
Each person had to draw a card from the bag and "Ivar Question" asked "Name 5 things in 10 secs" relating to the category on the card. What "Jen Ower" (aka Chris) has in her bedroom would make your toes curl, lol. Dina Mo (aka Dawn) won this and was presented with a certificate and box of Smarties, with Sandy Shore (aka Babs) coming in second. In last place was Gay Attees who received a certificate stating "Everyone has a photographic memory, some just don't have the film" and an empty film canister.
"Bra Pong" was our other game with various size bras attached to a board and of course, ping pong balls had to be thrown into the cups. Each bra had a different amount of points. The winner of this was Ali Moaney (aka Sue) with 95 points! winning a certificate stating "Your cup run over with points and you were the breast player on the day", with Anita Pile (aka Joan) not able to register a score so her certificate read "Like saggy b***s, your points were heading in the wrong direction"
To sum it up, our group "is like a good bra; comfortable, supportive, hugs you tight and is always close to your heart"

Our last catchup pre Christmas and New Year was spent under a shady tree of the the Williamstown Hotel beer garden. Delicious food and as always, fantastic banter and laughs and I’m sure we nearly solved the problems of the world. 💕

Our "off-season" get togethers have started. Those ladies that were able to attend, enjoyed a lovely morning tea at the new premises for Kersbrook Hill Wines and Cider. Thanks so much for your hospitality. Look forward to returning for some serious wine tasting. Where will we go next?

Well that's a wrap for 2025. Puss in Boots has taken off his boots and put his paws up; the Prince, Boof, Dandy and Daisy have gone back to a simple farm life; The Princess and Frank are busy renovating the castle; the mice are keeping everyone on their toes; Wanda has gone to a galaxy far far away and Sergeant Plod is out and about keeping law and order in Upsie Downs.
Yesterday saw our last two shows and a huge thank you to the fabulous audiences. As always, you beautiful people make our hearts swell with happiness.
A big congratulations to all of our raffle prize winners this year. We'd love to hear some feedback if you liked the way we did the raffles this year.
Now a short break to take a deep breathe and then to get started on a new Panto for 2026.

Our definition - Fun entertainment for all ages loosely based on a fairy-tale or well known children's story, with audience participation encouraged, lots of colourful costumes and laughs and performed by an all female cast.
New Members are welcome!
Our non-profit group is for ladies over the age of 18 years. No previous experience required, just a sense of fun and community spirit. It’s a bonus if you can hold a note, use a sewing machine or needle, use a paint brush or hammer, know how to make a cuppa, want to keep your brain active by learning lines and song lyrics or are happy to help back stage and/or front of house. (No crèche facilities are available so alternate arrangements for children is required)
We hold our AGM the first Tuesday of March followed by the script hand out and first read through. New members are welcome from second Tuesday of March.
Our rehearsals are every Tuesday morning at the Williamstown Memorial Hall. (Entry via rear of hall) Doors open from 9 am, on stage 9.30am til approx. 1pm.
Night rehearsals are held once a week from September through to our performances in October
Public Performances are generally the second and third Fridays and Saturdays each October, with special mid-week performances for schools and Seniors Only.
We write our own scripts; make the majority of our own costumes, backdrops and props; generally design our own posters and programs.
