Appointment + Pricing Update
Hey all we have updated our Appointment Terms and Conditions, Deposit Amounts and also our Pricing which includes Half Day and Full Day specialty rates on our website.
These new rates will be effective for all new appointments from 1st of November 2022
(Current rates will be honored for clients with existing work to be completed.)
We have seen over the past year a large amount of cancellations and rescheduling due to reasons which could have been avoided eg. Work commitments or Clients forgetting their appointment date.
We are implementing an appointment terms and conditions and will be adding sms reminder service in the future to avoid these issues. We also want to make sure that when you make an appointment you choose a day and time that you are 100% committed to.
We understand that being unwell is another reason for not being able to make your appointment and you will not lose your deposit if this is the case, but we will need a doctors certificate or proof of a positive Covid test in these instances.
Please understand that we work off commission in the Tattoo industry and are not paid by the hour like most businesses.
If a client cancels last minute or doesn’t show for their appointment, we will lose a days pay.
Thank you for reading & for all the support over the years.
