Sydney Youth Musical Theatre is currently seeking production team members for our upcoming musical Jersey Boys. We are looking for experienced Theatre Directors, Choreographers, and Music Directors—particularly those with a background in working with youth performers aged 10-25.

If you’re interested in being part of this exciting project and would like to learn more, please submit your Expression of Interest to the SYMT committee at [email protected]

Applications close Friday 1st of May.
Show dates October 24th - November 1st 2026

All roles at SYMT are volunteer based as we are a not for profit community based theatre company.

✨️A big milestone is approaching, and SYMT is excited to share what’s ahead 🎶

Our 99th production will be the smash hit Broadway musical Jersey Boys. This electrifying story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons will burst onto our stage this October, bringing with it the unforgettable sound, spirit, and soul that defined a generation.

But that’s not all….

As SYMT moves into a dual-venue performance model, we’re also gearing up for an even bigger moment—our 100th production!

We’ve got something super special in the works, and we can’t wait to reveal it. Can you guess what it might be? You’ll have to wait a little longer to find out!

Keep an eye on our socials as we build towards what’s shaping up to be a fantastic season of musical theatre.
