🌹Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas and mamas figures 💕 for the non-stop amazingness that you are. While you should be appreciated every day, today is a collective celebration of you all. Wishing you showers of love, and know that you are loved.

🌺 I made these scalloped edge flower bases 9 years ago in my .connie days; it’s crochet using a 2mm hook and beautiful mercerized cotton yarn. I’ve simply layered them together for this heart shape for a fun photo. 🩷

We’re celebrating the Japanese Sakura Festival 🌸 with this week.

There’s been live cultural performances at 12pm, food stalls, gifts and in our Studio Subi marquee, we’ve been demonstrating our arts in Japanese calligraphy, manga illustration, origami and bead making.

WIN: Simply make a purchase from a vendor at this festival during the week and post a photo of your purchase to go into the running for a $500 Nobu dining voucher. How good!! ⭐️The winner will be announced at 2pm tomorrow (Fri 28/3), the final day of this weeklong festival.

It’s been a lot of fun, if you haven’t visited yet, you still can - today and tomorrow, 11am to 2pm.
