Today our small ensemble had the pleasure of entertaining the lovely residents at 🎷

We performed a range of hits including The Muppets Show Theme, My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music, and a crowd favourite - The Chicken Dance 🐔

We are looking forward to performing alongside Sunshine Community Brass!

Welcoming Sunshine Community Brass as the third of the four participating bands in the 2026 Western Bands Festival.

Sunshine Community Brass is a C grade Brass Band, established in 1928, originally formed by the workers of the Sunshine Harvester Company. Sunshine Community Brass welcomes all brass and percussion players of all abilities.

We look forward to hearing and welcoming Sunshine Community Brass back to the festival!

We are excited to be performing alongside our friends Westgate Concert Band in the 2026 Western Bands Festival!

We are excited to highlight Westgate Concert Band as one of four participating bands in the 2026 Western Bands Festival.

Westgate Concert Band was established in 1979 and aims to provide members with a positive, nurturing place to advance their musical skills, and to deliver exciting musical experiences that delight the community.

We look forward to welcoming and hearing Westgate Concert Band perform!

Werribee Concert Band is excited to once again be performing in the Western Bands Festival! We are honoured to be performing alongside our fellow community bands, Melton Concert Band, Westgate Concert Band, and Sunshine Community Brass.

Come along for a free afternoon of excellent music making!

We are very excited to announce that the Western Bands Festival is coming back for 2026! We will be featuring four incredible bands, celebrating community music in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. We look forward to seeing you there!
