4th Sunday High Tea Milonga Success!

What a wonderful success our very first High-Tea Milonga has been Yesterday (Sunday)!
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and helped create such a warm, elegant and enjoyable atmosphere.

It was truly beautiful to see so many dancers and friends coming together to share great music, connection, conversation and the joy of Tango.

This special event was made possible through the collaboration between Perth Tango Society and Perth Tango Club, and it was incredibly rewarding to see the vision come to life so successfully.

I am delighted to say that the High-Tea Milonga is here to stay and will now be held every 4th Sunday afternoon from 2:00pm–5:00pm. Please put it in your diaries and join us in continuing this wonderful celebration of Tango dancing, friendships and beautiful music.

I would also personally like to thank those who came up to me during the afternoon to express their appreciation of the music and the special atmosphere of the day. Your kind words, support and encouragement were genuinely appreciated and made the event even more rewarding for me.

Thank you again everyone, and I look forward to seeing you all at the next High-Tea Milonga!

In collaboration with Perth Tango Club, we are excited to launch a brand-new social tango experience for the Perth tango community — the High Tea Milonga! This elegant afternoon event brings together beautiful tango music, social dancing, connection, and a relaxed welcoming atmosphere for dancers of all levels.

Event Summary:

~ Perth Tango Club, 82 Cambridge St, West Leederville
~ Traditional & Contemporary Tango Music
~ $15 Members | $20 Non-Members – online or at the door

6 WEEK TANGO COURSE FOR EARLY STARTER TO INTERMEDIATE

Join us for a relaxed and engaging 6 week Argentine Tango course designed for early starters through to intermediate dancers wanting to build confidence and improve their social dancing skills. With a small group of only 6–10 people, the focus is on practical social Tango, personal coaching, and helping every participant develop stronger connection, musicality, movements, figures and elegance on the dance floor.

Nick and Camelia will guide you through key elements of Social Tango in a friendly and supportive environment, helping you build on what you already know while developing greater comfort and confidence in your dancing.

Event Summary:
• Commencing Thursday 11th June 2026 — 7:30pm to 9:00pm
• Studio at 24 Tenerife Boulevard, Hillarys
• Small group learning with personal coaching
• $125 p/p for the full 6 week course
• Find a partner and come enjoy learning the magic of Argentine Tango together
