True love never dies
Nor lies though weary watery eyes pretend
It oft grows silent and hides
Itself among the debris of time and tide and passing revelry
That does not end
But sit it must and carry on
Bravely
Courageous like a rolling stone gathering no moss or dust
In genuine gratitude
For connecting of latitude looming
Though miles create the missing part
The moon above
knows what fullness of seed the heart sows
A worthy love
Blooming (JanineHealy 2020)
Lovely day for a love poem. Great to revisit a poem I wrote and combine it with a painting I painted in 1991, it’s all about love. I hope it inspires lovers today. May we love May we be loved may we love ourselves 💕
