JASON WINGATE ANNOUNCES TWO NEW COMPANION PROJECTS FOR CINETORIUM SLATE! π¬π₯
Following the massive news of 'Ghost Camp' returning to active development, Jason Wingate has officially greenlit the next two 10-minute short films to complete the newly rebranded Cinetorium production slate!
Sticking strictly to raw, captured-on-camera realism, both projects are custom-tailored for our Young Adult audience (16β25) while remaining firmly within PG and M classification boundaries.
π΄ 21st MURDER (Whodunit Mystery / Chaos Thriller)
What happens when a chaotic blackout cuts a milestone birthday short? Operating as the party videographer, Jason's running camera turns from a celebration vlog into the ultimate piece of evidence. With the police out of reach, the guests must review the footage to catch a killer trapped inside the room before they escape.
π‘ HOUSE MATES (Grounded Drama / Coming-of-Age)Moving away from supernatural horror, this intimate video-diary tracks a compassionate filmmaker (played by Jason) who makes the sudden decision to offer temporary shelter to a homeless youth. When local accusations fly and social barriers collide under one roof, true loyalty and friendship are put to the ultimate test.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE:
In alignment with Cinetoriumβs 12-month commercial strategy, Jason remains fully dedicated to drafting his highly confidential full-length manuscript for commercial publication by August 2026. These three short films are being meticulously developed on the side, with physical productions slated to kick off starting late 2026/early 2027.
The slate is officially set. Stay tuned right here for exclusive casting calls, behind-the-scenes updates, and the launch of our upcoming online media catalogues! π»ππ
