Quartet or trio? Here's the honest answer, from us.
As musicians, we'll always prefer the quartet. Four parts gives the richest, fullest sound.
But here's the honest bit. To most people listening, the difference is subtle. The trio is genuinely lovely in its own right. Lighter, but still elegant. It's a wonderful option if you're working to a budget.
