Genesis Dance and Drama Academy (GDA) is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to become the organisational heart of our Academy.

Working closely with our Creative Director, this pivotal leadership role will oversee the people, systems, processes and communications that keep GDA running smoothly—allowing our talented teaching team to focus on what they do best: inspiring and developing young people.

This is far more than an administration role. It’s an opportunity to lead within a vibrant, purpose-driven performing arts environment and help shape the experience of our students, families and team.

Based at Genesis Christian College, Bray Park
8am–4pm | 4 days per week
