My husband and I are expecting our third child, and very quickly it has happened were we have decided to sell our home in order to have further space for our family to grow. With this, the opportunity for me to have some days of more stable work has come up (without me barely looking! Praise God), and for the time being that is the better option for our family. I have truly loved the last year connecting with the Shellharbour community (and beyond!) and hope that after the birth of our kiddo and developing a new studio space, I will be able to open my doors to you again. But for now, the studio has been too unpredictable in terms of income.
That being said, some clients I will keep working with. I plan to continue offering firing and studio hire service (at least until we move and again when I can set up my new space). And if there are gift cards that are purchased in the last 6 months, I will absolutely honour them by scheduling a Clay n' Sip to accommodate, or a wheel course by inquiry. This is not a hard and fast shut down. I want to be a resource available to ensure the development of people's interest in ceramic art!
