Last Sunday we had such a nice day - the hall was colourful and with lots of activities and artisan stall holders. We had the Wandin Crafting Ladies helping the young to learn how to crochet, there was Zumba with Maria, Inner Wheel ladies running the Mad Hatters Cafe, Zoe our EEL had here home opened for visitors and a chat. A wonderful performance from Arielle amazed our guests. Thank you all for coming and making this event amazing. The Wandin Rotary members just enjoyed seeing you all come, chat and share the day.

Today is Wandin Rotary Creative Artisans Village day. Sunday 26th July. Come along and see Arielle perform at 11am. Join our crafting circle and learn to crochet, have a cuppa at the Mad Hatters Cafe and meet our amazing Stall Holders handmade handcrafted a work of art. Zumba classes for beginners 12am and so much more happening. Remember we have Zoe the largest crochet eel in the world on display.

I am always amazed at what people get up to. Look at this crochet doll and her doll house. On Sunday at the Wandin Rotary - Creative Artisans Village you can learn to crochet in a few minutes and who knows what you will make. It is so much fun having the challenge and achieving a delightful outcome.

To beat the winter blues we want to invite local musicians (professional or amateur) to come and play at the Wandin Rotary - Creative Artisans Village. We have a candle list warm hall with a nice stage, colourful venue with ZOE the largest crochet eel in the world spreading her love. Crafters and Artisans showing their creatives. So why not join in the fun of this events. It is at the Wandin North Hall, 430 Clegg Road Wandin North. Held by Wandin Rotary. A regular last Sunday of the Month event 10am to 4pm. We do have Arielle a young violinist performing 2 x 30 minute concerts.

July 26th Sunday at the next Wandin Rotary Creative Artisans Village you will find the Wandin Craft Group ladies running a Crafting Circle, anyone wanting to learn to crochet can come along and sit on a crochet decorated bucket and learn to crochet and also do a bit of crocheting on the large octopus - who will be created as a friend for ZOE the largest eel in the world - she will be surrounding the village with her delightful colours. This will be a candle lit event as we want to warm up the hall and shake off the winter.

Sunday 26th July - Candle Lit - Creative Artisans Village to bring on a warm cozy atmosphere! With such a huge hall there is plenty of room for our Artisan Stalls, Crafting Circle Workshops, Mad Hatters Cafe and Zoe the largest crochet eel in Australia circulating the room showing her love for the Arts! The Wandin Rotary Club is running this event, funds support children in remote areas needing surgery. We are looking for local Artisans to showcase their goods.
