That’s a wrap on the Wandiligong Nut Festival 2026! 🌰✨
What an incredible two days in the valley. The energy this weekend was truly something special. Whether you were here for the roasted chestnuts, the market, or to catch some live music under the heritage trees, thank you for making the festival such a success.
The two-day program saw the valley come alive from Friday afternoon through to Saturday night. The Big Top tent and incredible kids' activities kept both the big and little nuts entertained all weekend long.
A huge shoutout to our local growers. The chestnuts, walnuts, and hazelnuts were the stars of the show. Our market stalls and delicious drinks at the Nut Fest bar were highlights! That hot spiced apple cider was YUM!
A massive Thank You to our Volunteers. To the "Nutty Crew" - you are the heartbeat of this event. Whether you were there for days putting up fences and bunting, managing traffic, helping at the gate, or keeping the kids entertained, we literally couldn’t do this without you.
A big big thanks also to the sponsors and local community groups involved, including the Wandiligong Primary School and Bright Men's Shed. Your support ensures this not-for-profit event can continue to give back to the valley.
And finally, to everyone who traveled from near and far (and those who just walked down the road) - thank you for bringing your smiles, your dancing shoes and your appetite!
