💃 GROOVE classes are back for 2026 💃

So excited to have our classes back this year as part of the Healthy and Active Moreton Program.

Where you ask: The Wamuran Sports Complex, Campbells Pocket Road Wamuran.

When: Every Wednesday night.

What Time: 6 to 7 pm.

How much: $4 for 10 weeks while program is running, $10 between programs.

What to wear and bring: wear comfortable clothing to move around in, towel and water.

What is GROOVE - groove is the easiest dance class you will ever do. We unite in the same move and rhythm, you get to dance your own unique way, you can't get it wrong and it's a lot of fun.

Come and join us for something different, no judgement or expectations, just a space to enjoy moving your body to some delicious music.

We are having a Groovy Goolie Halloween Dance Night on Wednesday 29th 🎃ctober from 6 to 7pm at the Wamuran Sports Complex, Campbells Pocket Road, Wamuran.
Cost is only $4 for 12+
Come along in your favourite Halloween Costume, but remember we will be dancing and moving around.
We will be dancing to some awesome Halloween music and having a lot of fun.
You don't need to be able to dance or have any dance experience.
There is no left or right in this class, you can't get anything wrong, you move and dance your own way.
Please make sure you bring water with you and a towel.

GROOVE DANCE/MOVEMENT CLASSES ARE BACK FOR ANOTHER 20 WEEKS WITH THE HEALTHY AND ACTIVE MORETON PROGRAM.

Our classes are nothing you would have ever experienced before.' What you will experience.

Body Circulation, simple dance moves to great music, fun, laughter and much more.

No dance experience required

Groove is nothing like any other class, if you love music and love dancing your own unique way, then this is the class for you.

Where: Wamuran Sports Complex, Campbells Pocket Road, Wamuran.

Time: Wednesday nights 6 - 7 pm
Cost: $7 until the 30th July, then we are back with the Healthy and Active Moreton Program and classes are only $4.

Tonight Wednesday 16th April
Time: 6 to 7 pm
Where: Wamuran Sports Complex, Campbell's Pocket Road Wamuran.

Come along and dance your heart out.

No co-operation necessary, you dance your own authentic way.

No dance experience required

You can't get groove wrong, your way of dancing is the right way.

You have an experienced facilitator who will guide you through the class and encourage you to have some fun without judgement.

Cost is only $4, less than a coffee these days.

Good afternoon groovers. I would like to inform you that due to TC Alfred approaching I have decided to cancel my class tonight as we are already starting to experience strong gusts of wind. I am also aware that people need to get themselves cyclone ready.

As I am a member of the Pumicestone Rural Fire Brigade we are all getting prepared and ready for this event.

Please keep safe. If you don't need to go out over the next few days, please stay at home, for your safety and the safety of all emergency services personnel.

GROOVE Vibration is happy to announce we are back with the Healthy and Active Moreton Program again this year.

What does that mean?????

You get to enjoy our class in Wamuran for only $4, less than a cup of coffee, while the program is on which starts tomorrow night 29th January and goes for 20 weeks.

What you will need to bring - your on water bottle, towel and yoga mat if you have one.

GROOVE DANCE MOVEMENT CLASS

Whoop Whoop, only 1 more sleep and we're back grooving at the Wamuran Sports Complex for another year.

If you haven't tried our class we are offering the first class for free, normal cost is $7 per class and only $4 during the Healthy and Active Program which starts on Wednesday 29th Jan for 20 weeks. What a great opportunity to give it a go and have some fun.

Our class starts and 6pm and finishes at 7pm.

Wear comfortable clothing to move in.
Shoes are optional, you can wear them or not
Bring water with you and a towel as you may get sweaty.
If you have a yoga mat you can also bring that as we finish the class with stillness.

Please bring a friend along and enjoy the class together.
We guarantee you will leave feeling great.

See you all on the GROOVE dance floor tomorrow night Wednesday 22nd January.
