💧During Renewal Week, currently enrolled students staying in the same level are allowed to secure the same day, time, and level for the following term.
🚨Reminder: During Renewal Week, you cannot change to a different day, time, or level. You can only secure the same day, time, and level as your Term 2 booking!
💰Making payments during Renewal Week💰
You can now make payments for your Term 3 2026 bookings in your client portal.

If you are staying in the same level and want to remain in the same class on the same day for next term, you can now log in to your portal and pay for your lessons.
1. Log in to your client portal
2. Go to your account tab, then to your payments tab
3. Here you will see a list of outstanding payments titled “Initial payment” for your next term booking. Please ignore the “Due date” listed for these payments.
4. If you have one child, there will be 10 payments 10-week term), If you have two, there will be 20 payments, etc.
5. If you are only rolling one child’s enrolment over, only tick classes assigned to them.
We will delete unpaid classes in bulk on Sunday, 21st June, and you will be able to change booking days and times from Monday, 22nd June, during Transition Week.
