🎭 The Drama Lab
Step into the spotlight and explore our brand-new drama and acting program! Build confidence, create characters, play drama games and receive your very own Oscar-style trophy.

🎭 THE DRAMA LAB IS COMING TO SSDC 🎭

We are SO excited to officially introduce The Drama Lab, coming to Street Slamin Dance Centre in Term 3 🤍✨

The Drama Lab will proudly deliver the Act It Out program — an expertly developed drama curriculum designed to help children build confidence, communication, creativity and connection through acting, improvisation, movement and storytelling.

Drama is such an incredible tool for young people, helping develop confidence, social skills, emotional expression, teamwork, public speaking and performance quality — all while having SO much fun 🫶

We are also thrilled to welcome Miss Claire to the SSDC family 🤍

With over 10 years of experience in education and a strong background in performing arts, Miss Claire is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, creativity and self-expression while creating a supportive environment where every child can thrive 🌟

Still trying to process last night! ✨

I am incredibly honoured to have been awarded the Young Rising Star Award at the BEAM Awards at Crown Melbourne.

To be completely honest, I never expected to hear my name called. Running a business at a young age has come with plenty of challenges, long hours, sacrifices and moments of self-doubt, so this recognition means more than I can put into words.

This award may have my name on it, but it belongs to so many people. None of this would be possible without my incredible SSDC & Venom family. To my staff, students, parents and supporters – thank you for believing in my vision, trusting me and standing beside me every step of the way.

I am so proud of what we have built together and so excited for what is still to come. 🤍
