This is the most tragic day of my life to be responsible for in my career, and it is not an easy task for me to be accountable for as my responsibility to inform so many beautiful people we have met along the way and the love and appreciation we have received in return! I say this with tears welling and being released...
I have had to, unfortunately, cancel all of The Little Ripper Band Performances that have been booked for in the rest of this year, and especially our Top End Tour 2025, due to my suffering a sudden and severe one-sided sensorineural loss of hearing with serious complications. I have been to the hospital initially with steroid medications applied and Specialists trying to save my hearing of recent but to no avail.
With the greatest regret, I also have to inform my much-loved brother, Laurie Peninton, and the general public of loyal supporters to announce the ending of The Little Ripper Band and my Business, "Time In Motion Entertainment", forthwith, after many decades of entertaining at many venues across Australia.
This is a real-life nightmare for me, being a musician, and now I have to also deal with a lot of disappointment and resulting depression. This is the most tragic day of my life to be responsible for in my career, and it is not an easy task for me to be accountable for as part of my responsibilities to inform so many beautiful people we have met along the way and the love and appreciation we have received in return!
