Cath Fogarty Ceramics Hand made, slip cast functional ware made on the Coffs Coast.

This hand made porcelain tableware is designed to enhance our daily domestic rituals, each piece imbued with a sense of beauty, ceremony and imperfection. The organic forms, patterned with unfolding plant life are inspired by the art and objects of ancient cultures and the beauty of domestic remnants, worn with use and weathered by time.

There are a couple of places left in this Ceramics Foundation course for beginners. 1 morning a week for 8 weeks on a Tuesday. Learn some handbuilding, wheelforming, surface treatment techniques to get you started. It's all about being hands on and getting a feel for clay. No assessment tasks. It's fun and will be talking place in our beautiful, brand new ceramics facilities at the CHEC campus in Coffs Harbour.
