Creations made with so much love ❤️

I have been in my happy place creating small pieces of art for Tara Garrett and Ethan Garrett wedding including painting champagne glasses, champagne bottles and 240 handmade personalised cookies. After the wedding, I couldn’t stop so I made some birthday cookies for a dear friend.

Next up is a kindness project I’m working on where I’ll get to continue creating each day..,I hope 🙏 A day where I create is one that has my lifeforce feeling vibrant.

I’ve witnessed this one self-sabotaging truth thousands of times with my beautiful clients. It’s so common that I wrote a book about it as it causes conflict, hurt and misunderstanding in relationships. It’s making inaccurate assumptions.

We create stories, fill in the blanks, and react as though our assumptions are facts.

However, a simple question can often prevent unnecessary pain.

If you don't know, ask.

Communication builds connection. Assumptions create separation.
