Nobody walks in and flies.

The first class is wobbly. The second class is slightly less wobbly. Somewhere around class three or four, something shifts.

In our aerial classes some things look intimidating but feels completely thrilling. The work is real. So is the reward. 🩷

Just a room full of people working on their own version of something they couldn't do before.

We've watched so many kids shrink a little when they feel measured against someone else, and then bloom the moment they realise this is just about them. Their effort. Their progress. Their moment.

That's the environment we work hard to build, every single class.

Because a room full of people learning to hang upside down, cartwheel into walls, and figure out which way is up on a lyra is not a room that stays dignified for long.

And honestly? That's exactly why people keep coming back. You can't be worried about looking silly when everyone around you is also looking silly. That's just called belonging. 🙃

Good. Neither had most people else on their first day 😀

Our students start close to the ground, learn how to hold the silk, how to wrap, how to trust it. Our teachers are there the whole time to guide them through and help them progress safely when they are ready.

The lyra is a pretty great answer 🙌

It's the hoop that hangs from the rig, and it's forgiving in the best way. Solid to grip, easy to progress through and close to the ground while you find your feet.

You don't need a gymnastics background. You don't need to be strong already. The lyra builds all of that as you go!

No experience needed. Just a willingness to give it a go!
