Tweed Dance

Tweed Dance is a fun dance school offering low-cost, non-competitive dance classes for students aged 2-17 years. After all, our slogan is FUN, FRIENDS, FITNESS!

We are based in Tweed Heads and Terranora, but also cater for students from Banora Point, Bilambil, the Tweed Coast and the Gold Coast. Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop or Contemporary - our aim is to nurture and ignite a passion for dance to all students within the Tweed Dance family. Most importantly, students will gain confidence by setting and achieving personal goals, learning how to tap into their cre

ative abilities and forming lasting friendships through the love of dance. As most of you already know, last night Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that all non-essential services are to close for the next 6 months to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This includes 'indoor sporting venues'.

As a result, Tweed Dance will cancel all classes until further notice.

There are thousands of Australians who will be impacted by the closure of non-essential services. However, these measures are necessary and I believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel if everyone plays their part by supporting each other and following the advice of authorities.

Tweed Dance will be back as soon as we get the all-clear and I, along with my wonderful team of teachers, look forward to the day when your children are dancing with their friends once again! In the meantime, stay safe, keep dancing and most importantly look out for each other.
