FRESH BAKES
We are back in the way of baking Focaccia. Today’s trial told us “yum” “that was great, perfect as is” “the tradies will go for that in the mornings”
So next week( when we open at 5am) we’ll have a daily batch of fresh focaccia slabs to go alongside a hot lineup of bacon egg rolls, croissants, sausage rolls, fresh sambos, sweets & more.
Sourdough loaves, sweets and full menu roll on into the regular day 7am-3pm

Next week from Monday 27 to Friday 31 July we are opening at 5AM for the earlybirds while the Bakery close to do some work. We’ll have the fire place cranking, coffee pumping, hot food to go and lunches and snacks for your working day ahead. We will have the online ordering ready too to help the flow.
and tunes to keep us awake. Looking forward to it!

✨ A Little Pause for a Big Refresh ✨

To give Tumbarumba Bakery the much-needed tender love and care it deserves, we’ll be temporarily closing for a week while we complete some exciting renovations and maintenance.

📅 Closed: Sunday 26th July – Friday 31st July
🥐 Reopening: Saturday 1st August

During this time, we have an amazing team lined up behind the scenes giving the bakery a fresh new look. This mostly will involve the back of house maintenance, and making improvements that we can’t wait to share with you.

To help keep everyone fuelled while we’re closed, nestcinemacafe will be opening their doors from 5 AM throughout this week to help accommodate our regular early birds.
