Two Programs.
One Pathway.
Endless Opportunities.

At Compass, we believe every athlete deserves the opportunity to learn, be challenged and reach their full potential. That’s why I am excited to introduce two new monthly programs designed to support athletes at every stage of their journey.

💙 COMPASS PATHWAY PROGRAM
(12 month subscription)
A monthly development program for athletes who are passionate about learning, building confidence and developing the foundations needed for future opportunities within Compass.
Open to all athletes.

🖤 COMPASS DIVISION PROGRAM
(12 month subscription)
An invitation-only athlete development program designed for students who consistently demonstrate commitment, growth, leadership and a positive attitude both inside and outside the training space. Miss Nicole has identified and invited athletes who embody the values of Compass. Invitations will be sent via email!

Both Training Division Programs athletes will have access to:

✨ Happy 3 Years, Compass Dance Acro. 💙

Thank you for giving me a purpose bigger than I ever dreamed possible.

Three years ago, Compass started with a dream, a whole lot of passion, and the hope of creating a place where dancers could grow, feel supported, and believe in themselves. I had no idea where the journey would lead, but I knew I wanted to build something that made a difference.

Since then we’ve shared countless classes, workshops, milestones, laughs, challenges, and unforgettable memories. Every student, family and supporter has helped shape Compass into what it is today.

There have been moments where I’ve questioned myself, but this community has reminded me, time and time again, why I started.

Looking back through these photos makes me so proud of how far we’ve come—and so excited for what’s still to come.

Thank you for believing in the vision, trusting me with your dancers, and being part of this incredible community. Here’s to celebrating three amazing years… and to the next chapter. 💙🧭
