If you’re planning to enter, now’s the time. With less than four weeks to go, artists and photographers across Gippsland are encouraged to finalise their submissions and get their entries in.

The festival features a wide range of awards across traditional mediums, plus the brand new Tyers Landscape Photography Competition celebrating Gippsland’s inland landscapes.

We’ve updated the 2026 Terms & Conditions for both the Art Exhibition and the Tyers Landscape Photography Competition, reflecting the unavailability of Morwell Art and Framing due to their upcoming closure.
If you are looking for a place to get your artwork framed, try FRAME BY FRAME Moe (Shop 1, 42 Moore St, Moe, 5127 8866).
If you are unable to drop of at Tyers on the 1st November contact the Tyers Art Festival to make other arrangements.

🎨 ENTRIES NOW OPEN – 47th Tyers Art Festival

We’re excited to announce that entries are officially open for the 47th Tyers Art Festival!

This year we’re introducing something special — the Tyers Landscape Photography Competition, celebrating Gippsland’s inland landscapes from lowlands to alpine regions. Amateur and professional photographers are invited to take part in this brand‑new section.

The Festival will once again showcase a wide range of artwork across traditional mediums, along with popular awards including the Jean Galbraith Prize, GLaWAC Art Award, Hangers Choice Award, Popular Choice Award and Young Artist Awards.
