Twenty years on, the ‘choir that inspired the nation’ - the Choir of Hard Knocks created by our founding artistic director - Dr Jonathon Welch AM, continues to shine brightly and will once again come into loungerooms and screens around the world to warm your hearts and show the truly transformational power of music.

The legacy of the Choir of Hard Knocks and the multi award winning ABC documentary is enormous - and Play It Forward exists today because of them with the launch of our newest program just weeks away - Brisbane Street Choir!

WE RAZZLE DAZZLED LAUNCESTON!

We had the most wonderful time joining other Play It Forward members from Victoria and Queensland and singers from Launceston over the weekend to give a spectacular concert to the packed audience of 500 peoole at the Grand Chancellor conference centre yesterday!

We are so grateful to our artistic director -
Jonathon Welch AM who the led the 120 voiced massed choir with special guests CJ (Christopher Jones), Millie O’Sign and Vox Harmony Choir with Music Director Denise Sam.

Thank you everyone who helped make this special project happen including our fabulous accompanists - Sue Goessling, Adam Przewlocki and Shane Calderbank along with Matthew Jones, project manager and everyone at Vox Harmony.

We can’t wait to return and share the joy of singing together with you again soon!
