Jess is Haven’s junior tattoo artist and has been steadily building her skills in black and grey realism since beginning her tattooing journey in 2024. She particularly enjoys tattooing animals, portraits, and meaningful pieces that capture special memories, people and places.

One of the things we love most about Jess is her dedication to learning. She is constantly challenging herself, refining her technique and pushing her work to the next level, and it has been incredible to watch her confidence and skill grow over the past year.

Daith piercings are one of the most unique ear piercings and can make a stunning addition to a curated ear.

While beautiful, they can also be one of the more challenging piercings to heal due to their placement. Sleeping on the piercing, wearing earbuds, or low-quality jewellery can all contribute to irritation and prolong the healing process.

One of the most common questions we get is whether daith piercings help with migraines. While some people report experiencing relief, there is currently no scientific evidence to suggest that daith piercings can treat or prevent migraines.

With correct placement, implant-grade titanium jewellery, and a little patience during healing, daith piercings can be a beautiful and long-lasting addition to your collection.

Today we’re introducing Tanya.

Tanya has been tattooing since 2018 and specialises in black & grey realism, colour realism, ornamental work and florals. She has a real passion for large scale pieces that bring multiple elements together into one cohesive design, and her attention to detail shines through in every tattoo she creates.

Outside of tattooing, Tanya is a mum of twins, loves cooking, reading, travelling and spending time with her many pets. She’s also one of the kindest humans you’ll ever meet and a much-loved part of the Haven team.

Today we are celebrating Jess’ first year at Haven ✨

Over the past 12 months, we have watched Jess completely transform and find herself, not only as an artist but as an individual as well.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jess, you’ll know she is one of the most down to earth and kind hearted people you could meet. Her passion for life shines through in both her tattoos and the way she cares for her clients.
