Art in Action is a locally owned art gallery created and run by Ms Ute Herrmann and started in 1995. Art in Action specialises in unique art pieces from home wares to sculpture with all items being one off pieces not found in retailers. Items can be made to order and make ideal gifts for loved ones who like to divert from the mainstream. Ute Herrmann specialises in ceramic art and pottery runs art

classes for both adults and children (blue card and police check valid). Why sit inside when your art classroom can be outside amongst the beautiful bushland of Townsville with native wildlife in abundance! Body casting is also an artistic service provided at Art in Action with Ute casting all body parts from pregnant bellies and breasts to simple hands and family pieces.
