WORKSHOPS THIS WEEKEND // Prepare for Umbrellaโ€™s upcoming exhibition 'Living Archive' by contributing to the cbfe collectiveโ€™s installation. Visit cbfe studio in the Gurambilbarra / Townsville CBD and work with artists Victoria Lees and Shane Keen to develop your contribution. Using assemblage and painting techniques, participants will work together to transform pre-made boxes, recycled materials and found objects into sculptural artworks. The workshops explore ideas of collective ownership and shared memory, creating a growing installation artwork that will be exhibited at Umbrella from 6 March โ€“ 19 April 2026.

Saturday & Sunday 21-22 February 2026
FREE | Ages 16+ | Registration essential due to limited places
There are four workshops at cbfe studio with six places in each session.
