38 shows. 4 weeks. Thousands of kilometres. One hell of a tour. 🎭🔥

Our team is currently tearing their way through Far North Queensland, bringing our Shakespeare and Well-Being performances to schools from Rockhampton to the Atherton Tablelands — and just about everywhere in between.

It’s a massive run, and the team are absolutely killing it.
There’s something pretty special about loading a set into a van, driving hundreds of kilometres, setting it up in a school hall and bringing live theatre to students who might not otherwise get the chance to experience it.

38 performances across four weeks — Shakespeare, storytelling, conversations and a LOT of highway.

As the Bard himself put it:

“All the world’s a stage.”

Apparently, that includes most of Queensland. 😂

Look. We're giving you more acting tips content because we love you and you deserve it.

The old adage in the acting industry is to stop waiting for the phone to ring and make your own opportunities.

This is about cultivating your craft. Want to make a short film? Go do it. Don't have the equipment for it? Use your phone. Borrow from someone else. Bring them in on the project, too - heck! The more the merrier!

Got an agent? Give 'em a buzz. See how they're doing. Invite them to that short play you got coming up in three weeks.

Acting is one aspect of a much larger business, and often it's the very last thing you'll be doing throughout the course of a project.

Get rid of this single occupation mentality. Embrace the slash culture.

Our AD is back with more actor tips - this time it's 5 acting exercises you can do at home to continue developing your craft.

These are drills all actors do whether conscious of it or not, but being able to articulate and express an exercise and it's purpose is part of the journey to knowing your process.
