Warning a very different post ahead!

Along with art, photography has always been an interest and hobby of mine and with being a page solely for art I'm sure I can sneak this in.

I apologize to all my followers it has been a very busy few weeks & Ive had to take a step back to organise things my kiddos as well as myself to prepare for the new year! I have two children with medical needs that will always take priority over this page so I will always try my best to be on-time & am hoping that not only followers but clients have an understanding that my babies are my world & sometimes due to there conditions they will push back time frames.

I know Ive been given no time limit on designs that I've been commissioned & had said a week or two ago they'd be ready for viewing, non the less they are done & ready to be finalised I'm just trying to find times to slot everyone in for a consultation 😊 I will personally message each client in the next 48hrs, I promise!

Although I've been swamped last night I found a little time for myself ( a whopping 20 minutes before bed at like 11:30pm! Go me) to start an art diary! Portraits have always been an interest of mine & practice is only what makes you perfect! My last diary had all the pages ripped out because I never understood the idea of them being a reference for mistakes & always wanted perfection! So cheers to a new book & the many learning curves to come & hopefully by 2024 I can draw a face that actually resembles the person I'm referencing 😂 let's just say I did a portrait of my parents, dad turned out fine but my mum didn't fair so well ❤️

I am not the greatest at portraits, but wanted to honour my beautiful children in a piece of artwork 🥰 we emerse ourselves in nature as often as we can so having the opportunity to imagine them staring up into the nights sky amazed by how many stars they can see & adding my flower flair made such a beautiful representation ❤️

I hope all of my followers have had an amazing day & have taken some time for themselves to regenerate under the hot summer sun 😎☀️

I must admit the Crayola blending pens arnt to bad! Although it's a big fat NO for the colours having any hope blending together or thinking of throwing brown into the rainbow of colours (send me to Officeworks NOW for a Copic to save me). But having the markers be able to build up colour as well as the changing the lightness with the blenders itself has the big tick of approval 🎉

With Christmas just around the corner, it's time to show off your Yule (Christmas) trees 😍 drop them below in the comments!
On the 15th of December I will choose my favourite one and the winner will receive 1 free A6 (line work only) design free of charge!

As a pagan witch, this time is very important as it brings in the summer solstice & is our reminder to find the nourishment needed to grow & evolve for the new year. Per tradition we make our own ornaments (to some extent) & on the eve before, burn a log until it dies out while eating & drinking foods that honour our ancestors & gods! Just like Christmas we also share presents aswell & spend time with our loved ones 🎁

Hi everyone!
Just a little pricing change for the commission designs. I did a Google search plus talked to a few other artists & I'm selling my art abit to cheap, the prices now arnt covering half the time it would take for a design let alone the supplies and mailing itself. While I understand that it's just a design on paper I am pouring my heart & soul into creating a beautiful peice that will be on your body forever so I am taking alot of hours to make sure it's perfect! I hope you can all understand the price changes, it's breaks my heart to have to do this.

For anyone I have already quoted your price will remain the same!

Give me just florals anyday & I can pull magic out of a blank piece of paper, but with this it's become apparent i am far from my comfort zone 😂
None the less where there is trial theres error & in future I'm not going to pretend I remember the Roman numerals, reference is key.

Luckily this is draft for placement on the forearm! So far my client is happy with the way the design is heading (woohoo go me) & I am excited to show you the finalised design on paper and skin in the coming weeks. So be sure to stay tuned!

I am working on small floral (A5) cards for any occasion whether it be a birthday or a get well card, they will be blank inside W/envelope!
I will also be offering A4 floral prints with/without frame & colour of choice, for the perfect floral decor piece for your home! Digital & mailed!
I haven't worked out pricing yet but it will organised very soon, as an artist it's incredibly hard to put a fair price on your artworks, so I am taking time to consider the Qaulity & time taken to make & post these!

Custom floral tattoo designs (palm size) will be $10 per piece with a hardcopy sent for you in the mail! Larger floral designs (A4) will be $20 per piece!

I'd like to welcome you to my new page where I will be sharing my art journey with you all ❤️

About Me:
I am a 26 year old Toowoomba based artist, who has been drawing since I was able to pick up a pencil. I enjoy the freedom of an empty page letting my mind escape me for a few hours to create artworks that represent who I am. I specialise in graphite flower drawings but you will see a whole range of different mediums and objects as I endevour on this journey of trail and triumph.
