We believe that theatre creates immediate social change within an individual and that films create immediate social change within society. Wild Dog Productions was founded in November of 2007 as a production company of films and theatre. The first film produced by WDP was called FFA, a comedy on a local grass roots soccer team that was failing miserably. The company then turned its attention towar

ds a darker theme with Melbourne's Gentlemen, a film on underground fighting that harboured dire consequences. Wild Dog Productions comes into 2015 with IMPACT, a play based on the psychological affects of the Afghanistan war on Australian soldiers. IMPACT premiered at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in March of 2014 to critical acclaim and hosted its Melbourne season in September of the same year. The Kew Court House recently sponsored a season of IMPACT as part of the 2015 ANZAC Centenary.

IMPACT IS A PROUD FUNDRAISER OF SOLDIER ON!!!
Founded in 2012, the organisation was inspired by the death of a friend. Lieutenant Michael Fussell was killed in an IED blast in Afghanistan in 2008 and his friend John Bale looked for a way to support those who survived the blast.

He quickly realised there was no easy or accessible way for members of the Defence forces, or the public, to show their support for those wounded in battle.

With his wife Danielle, they reached out to his fellow soldiers and enlisted the help of Cavin Wilson, who had been posted in Afghanistan, involved in returning soldiers killed or wounded in action. Together they decided it was time to start an organisation that connected these men and women to the wider public, ensuring these brave sailors, soldiers, airmen and airwomen could be cared for and lead fulfilling and successful lives. http://ow.ly/S4u1m
