Hoping an old student can come to the rescue 🤞
Alba has been doing classes at Border Show Business Academy the second half of this year and has her concert on Saturday. They need black jazz shoes (size 3) or canvas shoes like we use to wear for jazz and hip hop. Would anyone have a pair (I think size 1 or 2) that I could borrow or buy? 🙏

SwS Holiday Program Announcement:

Hey Everyone, Caitlin here from Sisters who SHINE. Many of you know we have had several successful programs to get young girls out and connecting with each other and their community. We are all about building girls up and helping them SHINE.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have made the decision to run this program online in September school holidays. This decision took us some time because of the constantly changing restrictions.
The safety and wellbeing of the girls is and always will be our priority. This will run very similar to the mini sessions that we have been running in the afternoons.

We are offering two programs for free during the school holidays for young girls aged 7-12. Each program is a three-day online event and will run from Tuesday the 28th of September until Thursday the 30th of September.

These programs will involve both online zoom sessions and guided outdoor activities. We will also be providing the craft materials required to do any activities.

There is a morning program, which is from 9- 11:30 am or an afternoon program, from 1:45 pm -4 pm. The programs will have plenty of break time and off-screen time for the wellbeing of the girls and to encourage active engagement.

Crocodiles, Frogs and Snakes oh my! 🐢🐸
Today we learnt about herpetology, Native frogs and reptiles and some of the threats to their survival. We will be running another session at 4pm on Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing you all then 🐍🦎
