Last night I walked beneath the dystopian neon lights of Shibuya, Tokyo, and found my way to the Ruby Room.

Inside, I shared my poetry and listened to others share theirs. Thank you to the poets and everyone who made a visiting Australian feel so welcome.

I went there to share some poems. I left with new friends.
