BASTILLE FESTIVAL / 14-17 JULY 2022 - CIRCULAR QUAY / THE ROCKS - FREE ENTRY FESTIVAL. A REVOLUTION IS HEADING TO CIRCULAR QUAY THIS JULY – FOOD, WINE, ART AND MORE! The much-loved Bastille Festival will return for its sixth year with its biggest program to date. The annual 4 days free street celebration became one of Sydney’s most anticipated Food Wine and Art Festival. The free street celebrati

on will take place at one of Sydney’s most iconic locations, Circular Quay, across four huge days and nights over the Bastille Day weekend. A celebration of food, wine and art, the Festival’s jam-packed program involves over 100 performance artists, more than 100 specialty foods and an incredible selection of beer and wines from some of the most reputable vineyards in France.

"Four days of sunshine, your hundreds of thousands of smiles, and an extraordinary team of “irréductibles gaulois” made this 12th edition of Bastille the most “incroyable” to date. This festival is far beyond just a French celebration; it’s an expression of freedom, an art de vivre, bringing us together each year to eat, drink, sing, dance with a little « je ne sais quoi » we love. Merci to all who came to one of the most beautiful places in the world, aka Circular Quay and the Rocks, so we could create, together, joy in the Sydney winter and share this famous “joie de vivre” around good wines, good vibes, and delicious food with the people we love. To all of you joining us year after year, merci; to all our amazing volunteers, merci; to all our faithful exhibitors and partners, merci. Vive Bastille, vive Sydney, vive Australia! Look at this magic happening right now at Circular Quay! Every pathway is filled with people diving into an evening of French food, flowing wine, and harbour-side celebration. The atmosphere is absolutely electric, you can't miss that!

It’s Sunday, which means walkies in the park, right? But hear me out: what if we swapped the usual lap around the block for something a bit more… rouf-lair? 🇫🇷🐶

🔥 Chat with the folks who've spent years perfecting their recipes, sourcing the right grains, experimenting with barrel aging. They light up when they talk about their process, and honestly, their enthusiasm is infectious!

🫢 You'll taste things you've never tried before - spirits that capture something uniquely Australian, made by people who've poured their hearts into every batch. Some of these distilleries started in converted warehouses or family farms, and you can taste that story in every sip!
