During the pandemic a collection of Actors from Australia and the USA were invited to film a soliloquy in isolation. A soliloquy is 'the act of speaking one's thoughts aloud when by oneself’. Each piece is self-devised by the Actor, and explore the solitude we have all experienced over these last few months. Together they make a collection of solitary voices from Shakespeare’s works.

Theatres have closed down worldwide and actors are subsequently displaced and isolated. This project is a journey through solitude to a connected collaboration. Thank you for supporting independent theatre, even when the theatres are dark. Enjoy.

SHAKEY UPDATE:
By Jove it’s already November! After months apart working on different projects, Bella and Grace are reunited and cooking up some exciting stuff! Bella has had a cracker of a year working as part of .aus bringing you fresh theatre on the reg! Head to their insta for current shows on this week in Sydney! She also squeezed in a trip to Greece amongst all this 🇬🇷Whilst Bella hit up Europe, Grace was in Chicago for a few months taking part in the School at Steppenwolf Program and then was out in WA working on a new Australian play by . Both Bella and Grace are excited to get back to the dark and shake up the Shakey experience for Sydneysiders. Shakey by Night is going interstate in 2020 too.
