🏆 WHAT A FIRST EISTEDDFOD! 🏆

A huge congratulations to Katie who came away with:
🥇 1st Place - Musical Theatre Vocal
🥈 2nd Place - Pop Vocal
And all at her very first eisteddfod! 🎤✨

Katie has been part of Rise since she was just 4 years old, starting in our Petite Group before progressing through our group programs, private lessons and now competition solos. 💚

We’re so proud to see years of learning, confidence and performance experience coming together on stage.

A huge well done to Miss Alyssa Le Brocq for all the hard work that went into preparing Katie, and Miss Eden Hook for the final touches and polishing that helped get these performances stage-ready. 🌟

There’s something special about hearing the next generation sing the songs that have shaped Australian music. 💚🇦🇺

Our 2026 Mid Year Showcase celebrated iconic Australian songs, but it was about so much more than learning the notes.

At Rise, we believe in teaching music appreciation, storytelling and the history behind the songs our students perform. Understanding where music comes from helps our singers connect more deeply with every performance and grow into well-rounded musicians.

Watching these kids perform “You’re the Voice” reminded us why these songs continue to inspire generation after generation.

From OG Rise kid to Mr Mav! 🎸💚

Maverick has been part of the Rise family for years, and now we’re so excited to see him sharing his passion for music as one of our guitar teachers.

There’s something pretty special about watching our kids grow up at Rise and become role models for the next generation. Mr Mav knows exactly what it’s like to be in our students’ shoes, and we can’t wait to see the impact he’ll have.

Mid-Year Showcase rehearsals are officially underway! 🌟

Today was filled with singing, dancing, laughter, new friendships and plenty of excitement as our performers took to the stage to prepare for the big show. Watching their confidence grow and seeing students of all ages support and encourage each other is what Rise is all about. 💚
