I have been building a transport frame for my 4.5 meter Ka8.
I think this has turned out pritty good, it is light and protects the fuselage. It wheels at the front to help role it into the trailer. The lower level of the trailer has mounting points which will be used the secure the frame in place.

Spent a week making two transport boxes to keep some of my gliders safe when travelling and to keep things together. They are nearly finished. They will get foam lined.
I made the boxes as light as possible but sturdy enough to keep the glider safe, 3mm ply. They will have handles each end and caster wheels.

One box is 1.6m long for DLG's and Eres the other is 2m long for my F5J's. The Pike Dynamic has a 2 peace wing and the Eternity's have a 4 peice wing. The length is because it easly fits in my trailer and I can keep the fuselages assembled.
My Element is still in a Coreflute box but may get moved into the F5J box.

Ahi, Dream flight slope soarer number one nearly finished. They go together very nicely. I added the carbon leading edges.
Still have to paint the underside.
