Most classes have the leg raise in 2023.
So read these tips and perfect them as you will be judged in this technique. 👯‍♂️

TIP OF THE WEEK: Leg Raise on Side

* Lie on side propped on elbow and hand.
* Keep bottom elbow under shoulder and lift body – don’t slouch.
* Lift top leg so that toes point to the ceiling.
* Keep both knees straight.
* Both legs need to be turned out – top leg especially.
* Bottom leg needs to be flat on the floor and pointed.
* Ensure shoulders are pulled back and that neck is lengthened.

What a fantastic weekend for Tenterfield Physie club at Junior Zone.
Congratulations to all of the competitors from the Far north coast Zone who competed over the weekend.
Sportsmanship was wonderful and it was a beautiful weekend of dancing.
