BEE STING
A refreshing ale brewed with a touch of orange blossom honey and a double hopped with Styrian Golding hops. A well balanced beer, the subtle citrus nose and front palate finishes with a mild hop bitterness. This beer was brewed to be a perfect match for mildly spiced seafood or poultry. Winner of Gold, Silver and 2 Bronze medals at 2007, 2008 AIBA and 2009 Sydney and Perth Beer Awards.
ORGANIC ALE
A big, bold American style pale ale with ample hop. We sought the help of world renowned chefs, wine makers, food critics and sommeliers to help us create a beer that would be the ideal match for dishes with ample weight and spice. This full-bodied ale with a powerful spicy nose and long hop length will be a wonderful match to Cajun dishes, spicy pizza or simply barbequed steak or lamb. Winner of 2 Bronze medals 2009 Sydney and Perth Beer Awards.
BLONDE BEAUTY
A light refreshing Ale, perfect for easy drinking on Summer days. Brewed to be an introduction to beer drinking with mild hop bitterness and a little length. Paired well with delicate flavours such as seafood and dukka.
