Flowing currents, shifting sands and the ever-changing beauty of the ocean inspired this original fluid acrylic artwork.

“Tidal Passage” captures the movement of water as it winds its way through reef channels and coastal shallows. Layers of deep ocean blues, turquoise, aqua and soft sandy tones come together to create a sense of depth, movement and serenity.

I just love watching the colours interact and develop their own pathways across the canvas. No brush can truly recreate the natural flow and energy that emerges during the pouring process.

For me, this piece feels like looking down from above at a hidden waterway, where the tide quietly shapes the landscape beneath the surface.

“Liquid Sunshine” $195

Sunlight dancing across crystal-clear water. The shimmer of a tropical lagoon. The feeling of standing at the edge of the ocean on a perfect Queensland day.

“Liquid Sunshine” was inspired by the way light transforms water, creating endless movement, colour and sparkle. Layers of turquoise, aqua, deep ocean blue and golden yellow (Matt and gloss), flow together to capture that magical moment when sunshine meets the sea.

One of the things I love most about fluid art is that every painting develops its own story. As I watched the colours move across the canvas, this piece reminded me of sunlight filtering through shallow reef waters and the joy that comes from being near the ocean.

Soft currents of violet, teal, magenta and gold flow together in this latest original fluid acrylic artwork.

The delicate gold lines seem to weave their way through the painting like whispered secrets, creating a sense of movement, mystery and light. Every turn reveals new details, from shimmering metallic highlights to tiny cells and flowing colour transitions.

What I love most about fluid art is that no two pieces are ever the same. Each painting develops its own personality as the colours move and interact across the canvas.

Inspired by the movement of water and the ever-changing moods of the Queensland coast, Wistari flows with deep ocean blues, soft coastal tones and cascading currents that seem to drift across the canvas.

The layered cells and flowing forms create a sense of movement, almost like waves folding into one another beneath the sea. There’s a softness to parts of the painting, while darker areas bring depth and atmosphere, capturing that feeling of standing near the ocean as the light shifts across the water.

Created with my signature fluid art techniques, Wistari is a reflection of the coast I love so much — peaceful, atmospheric and endlessly moving.

Layers of soft ivory, weathered stone, drifting blues and tidal greys flow together in this coastal-inspired abstract. Created using fluid acrylic techniques, this piece was inspired by the quiet patterns left behind as the ocean retreats — like hidden waterways, shifting sands and saltwater memories seen from above.

The delicate lacing and organic movement give the painting a calm, ethereal feel, while the muted palette brings a sense of sophistication and serenity.
