📣 We're looking for an educator to join our team!

But not to stand in front of a classroom...

Every year, Backflips Against Bullying reaches thousands of students across Australia, starting important conversations about bullying, kindness, resilience and positive relationships. Now, we're investing even more into the resources and support we provide to schools long after our performances have finished.

We're looking for a passionate educator to join our team on a casual basis (starting at around 5 hours per week) to help create classroom resources, write articles for our newsletter, contribute to new wellbeing content, and appear in educational videos.

Our small office team is spread between Sydney and Coffs Harbour, but we are excepting applications from across Australia.

If you're the kind of teacher who loves creating engaging resources, enjoys sharing ideas, and is passionate about making a difference beyond your own classroom, we'd love to hear from you.

URGENT CASTING CALL: NSW PARKOUR / STUNTS / ACRO PERFORMERS (AUG 2026)

Casting for 'Backflips Against Bullying' school shows - NSW based presenters with skills in both acrobatics & speaking. If you can flip (or have strong floor acro skills) & act, we want to hear from you!

KEY POINTS
- Contract for August 2026, with possibility to extend to 2027 season
- Monday to Friday performance work (most days finish around 1pm)
- Visit a new school every day
- Pays $225-$495 per day, based on number of school sessions (plus travel rates)
- $1200-$2000 per week depending on load (3-5 days)
- Occasional overnight shows & multi-week tours (vehicle provided, accom & fuel paid, overnight rates added)
- Free fortnightly physio sessions
- Working for an excellent cause, in a fun work environment with a great team

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Floor Acrobatic Skills (though it's not a requirement to perform ALL tricks, an ability to perform some / a combination of handsprings, dive rolls, cartwheels, tumbling, twists, and tucks is helpful)
- Great Speaking Performance Ability
- Availability throughout August 2026 (and beyond if interested)

Contract is from March to June, starting with rehearsals and followed by weekday shows 1-3 days per week (school term only)
