I’ve always had a soft spot for plant fences. They change with the seasons and make a home feel alive. Mine’s sweet star jasmine— every spring the whole place smells like it 🌸

This is one of the most heartwarming commissions I’ve received recently.
The couple first met at this cozy brunch spot in Bowral ☕️.
They’ve been to many places since, but as he said —
“This is the beginning.”

My client commissioned this piece as a first anniversary gift for his girlfriend. 💝
I find that so romantic —
and I hope that years from now,
when they look up at this painting on their wall,
they’ll still feel gently touched by that very first memory. ✨
