What an extraordinary evening!
Last night, Andrew and I had the incredible honour of representing small business at an intimate dinner with the Commonwealth Bank Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, held at the beautiful Art Gallery of NSW.
We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Matt Comyn, CEO of Commonwealth Bank, and sharing a little of our Teatro story.
For us, this evening meant so much more than simply attending a wonderful event.
Teatro became a reality because people believed in us. People who saw our vision, understood what we were trying to create, and were prepared to help us turn an ambitious dream into something real.
The incredible team at Commonwealth Bank has been part of that journey, and we will always be grateful for their support, encouragement and belief in what we’re building.
To be invited into a room with some of Australia’s leading business minds, representing the small businesses that are the heart and soul of our communities, was genuinely humbling.
We left feeling inspired, grateful and incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.
From a dream to a theatre. From an idea to a place where artists are given opportunities, audiences come together and our community continues to grow.
We’re only just getting started.
