Some customer stories stay with you long after you've finished writing their song.

Lou and Chris met as children, became pen pals, fell in love in their twenties, and then life took them in different directions. Over the years they each built full lives, raised families and experienced everything that comes with it, before unexpectedly reconnecting almost three decades later.

Their story isn't about waiting. It's about timing, hope, and discovering that life can still surprise you with another chapter when you least expect it.

It genuinely moved me, and I knew it deserved to be shared. I've written the full story behind one of the most meaningful songs we've ever had the privilege of creating. If you love a beautiful true story, I think you'll enjoy this one. ❤️
