4th burn: the most chaotic, coldest & exhausting burn ❤️🔥
A collection of moments, no particular order (the last slide is hands down my favorite & sums up this burn 🤣 oh Mark Olsen )
A couple of things I learnt/took away:
-your true friends turn up and will do anything and everything to help you get to your gig esp with all the live gear we have Alec Kondush Tim 🕺🏼✨ justin Brad
- grateful for kindness in strangers - no longer a stranger but Curtis Bunce - you’re our hero.
- Our camp Playa Peace Project (PPP) rocks and they have your back
- A DJ friend debriefed with me and said ‘burning man is an abusive relationship. You keep coming back’. Truth 🤣
- Thankful for the people who fight for you when all odds were against you Lee Burridge 🙏🏽
- Made it to all 8 sets despite the weather and hurdles, yes I did shed a tear or two but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. A few years ago, these stages & art cars were merely a dream so honored to been invited.
- problem solvers thrive out at BM.
- You may think you’re prepared for burning man and there’ll always be obstacles it throws at you to test you.
- sunrises are still where it’s at - grateful to Jason Olsen Above The Noise
- thankful for Mark Olsen - the fact we write, perform, live life together, do all the things and still remain silly and have unmatched energy and hype each other up, I will never take this for granted.
- I HATE THE COLD (even with ad hoc manager Natalie bringing hand warmers, you’re the best!)
